Presentation

Abdominal pain, and restlessness.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Curvilinear echogenicities within the distended lumen of the gallbladder and intrahepatic biliary channels.

Case Discussion

The patient had also numerous intestinal Ascaris worms (images not available). The patient was admitted with a focus on medical therapy. Daily follow up ultrasound was being performed to assess any changes, fortunately, the patient was cured without any invasive procedure.
