Abdominal pain and mass feeling.
Patient Data









Multiple retrocrural, mesenteric, retroperitoneal, and pelvic lymphadenopathies surrounded but do not occlude the mesenteric vessels and displace bowel loops but do not occlude them.
The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 190 mm.
Multiple nodules are seen at both lung bases less than 20 mm.
Some free fluid is present in the pelvis.
Degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
This patient with known lymphoma demonstrates enormous mesenteric lymph node enlargement, on either side of the mesenteric vessels, known as the hamburger sign or sandwich sign.
