Mammography shows a right breast well-circumscribed, oval mass containing both fat and soft-tissue density with a thin, radiopaque pseudocapsule.
The left breast is normal.

The lesion shows hyperechoic soft tissue contents representing fat.
Case Discussion
Though this is typical for fibroadenolipoma (hamartoma), US was performed and showed this lesion containing fat. Presumed diagnosis of fibroadenolipoma was made based on the typical radiographic features.
