There is bilateral distal tubal block and bilateral hydrosalpinx. A little volume of peritoneal spill could be detected.
Case Discussion
Features are compatible with bilateral hydrosalpinx which refers to a fluid-filled dilatation of the fallopian tube. If the fluid is infected, i.e. pus, then it is a pyosalpinx, if bloody, then hematosalpinx.
