Presentation
Known case of neurofibromatosis type 2.
Patient Data

There are bilateral internal auditory canals and CPA cistern enhancing masses consistent with vestibulocochlear schwannomas. Multiple extra-axial masses are also seen in the frontal, parietal and temporal regions consistent with meningiomas. Multiple similar small masses also are seen in the posterior fossa.
There is a moderately large expansile mass seen in the cervical spinal cord extending superiorly from the medulla oblongata extending down to the level C7. This showed a solid enhancing component and cystic changes.
Case Discussion
The constellation of findings are consistent with MISME syndrome.
