Intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD measured 15 mm in caliber. A 10 mm low signal filling defect is present at distal third CBD, inferring stone. Several stones are also observed within the proximal portions, less than 10 mm.

The gallbladder has normal size and contains numerous small stones.
