Info

Patchy ill defined, mostly subpleural, ground glass opacities and focal consolidations are seen at both lungs, highly suggestive for COVID19 pneumonia.

A 30 mm defect is present at anteromedial aspect of right hemidiaphragm that some omental fats are herniated through into right hemithorax, inferring Morgagni hernia.

Case Discussion

Morgagni hernias most often contain omental fat, but transverse colon (60%) or stomach (12%) may be included within the hernia.
