The CT shows more predominantly peripherally located nodules and confirms that many are cavitary. A feeding vessel sign can be seen in a few of the nodules.
Case Discussion
Imaging features of septic pulmonary emboli. The distribution of the nodules is typical for pathology that reach the lungs hematogenously.
