The liver is small and shows nodular margin in keeping with cirrhosis. No hyper- vascular mass is noted in liver parenchyma to suggest HCC.

Dilated collateral vessels are present at portahepatis, peripancreatic, upper perigastric and lower para-esophageal regions. 

The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 178 mm.
