Increased wall thickness up to 18 mm, was seen in gastric cardia, body and antrum.
A few enlarged lymph nodes are observed in perigastric region. The largest one is 12×10 mm. A 23×14mm lymph node was seen in aortopulmonary window. Additionally, a 12×10mm lymph node was evident adjacent to left bronchus intermedius.
Some free-fluid was noted in para-colic gutters, bilaterally.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Gastric tumoral lesion; pathology proven adenocarcinoma with regional and thoracic lymphadenopathies and ascites.
