A 78×65 mm heteroenhancing mass is present at lower pole of right kidney. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures, no vascular extension and no regional lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent right nephrectomy and histopathology evaluation confirms renal cell carcinoma (clear cell subtype).
