Linear bony fragment in front of the pisiform bone, at the site of clinical tenderness, likely a partial avulsion fracture at the insertion of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.
Case Discussion
Pisiform fractures are rare carpal bone fractures, usually due to direct trauma. In this case, the linear fragment was thought to be rather due to avulsion. Treatment is conservative.
