Bilateral malrotated kidneys, in which the hila face anteriorly. This is seen in both the portal venous and delayed phases.
Case Discussion
This study demonstrated renal malrotation, which is a normal variant. Poor drainage of the collecting system because of the position of the renal pelvis, can predispose the kidney to infection (due to urinary stasis) and stone formation.
