Computed tomography shows a common origin of the Innominate Artery and left common Carotid Artery. Presence of aortic atherosclerosis, no other significant tomographic abnormalities are observed.

The term “bovine arch” is widely used to describe a common anatomic variant of the human aortic arch pattern and consist in a common origin of the innominate artery and left common carotid artery
