Presentation
Routine mammogram. Known bilateral reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy.
Patient Data

Moderately dense fibroglandular tissue bilaterally consistent with hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Benign macrocalcification within the inner quadrants bilaterally. There are bilateral benign axillary tail and axillary lymph nodes.
There are bilateral, non-anatomical, symmetric, non-calcified, curvilinear Breform breast implants.
The mammogram is otherwise normal.

Annotated images demonstrate the non-anatomical and non-calcified Breform breast implants which appear as symmetric curvilinear "tram track" lines as outlined above.

Limited images of the breast ultrasound confirm the Breform mesh within the breast soft tissues as a curvilinear, and non-anatomical echogenic band as outlined above. The appearance somewhat resembles a "tram track". There are no foreign-body granulomas present.
There are no suspicious sonographic abnormalities present, with normal fibroglandular tissue throughout.
Case Discussion
This is a companion case to rID 168229.
The patient confirmed a history of prior bilateral reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy (breast lift) using the Breform implant.
In this instance, the implant is non-calcified.
The routine mammogram and breast ultrasound are otherwise normal.
