History of femoral osteosarcoma. To detect metastasis.

Age: 23 year-old
Gender: Male

Multiple bilateral scattered pulmonary nodules, some appear calcific.

A wide variety of sarcomas can produce calcified or ossified pulmonary metastases. Of these, the best known is osteogenic sarcoma,
