Presentation
Pre-operative evaluation by a plastic surgeon and pediatrician.
Patient Data

Complete simple/soft tissue syndactyly is confirmed on both the right and left hand, affecting the 3rd and 4th fingers. There is an associated bifid intermediate phalanx of the 4th finger on the left and an extra bone medial to the intermediate phalanx on the right. In addition, bilaterally, duplicated distal phalanges of the 4th fingers presented with bony synostosis in concordance with central polydactyly.
Case Discussion
Complex anomaly is present as polysyndactyly with an osseous fusion of duplicated distal phalanges of the 4th digits and the complete soft tissue fusion of the 3rd and 4th digits.
