Elderly patient a textile loom worker presented with cough, dyspnoea and fever since 1 month

Age: 56 years
Gender: Male

Ill defined, centrilobular ground-glass opacities, reticulations, peribronchovascular interstitial thickening, traction bronchiectasis, architecture distortion, honeycombing with characteristic extreme basal lung sparing; findings are most likely suggestive of chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis
