There is a large low-density nodule in the left thyroid lobe, with imperceptible walls, without calcifications or internal septae. In addition, several smaller hypodense nodules are seen in the right thyroid lobe
Case Discussion
CT morphology favors a non-aggressive or benign lesion.
Pathologic correlation revealed a benign colloid cyst of thyroid.
