Axial lung window
There is regional hyperinflation on the right which is not confined to one lobe or segment. Vascularity is normal.
Case Discussion
Regional right-sided hyperinflation is not confined to a lobe or segment and crosses fissural boundaries. The vascularity of both lungs appears normal.
