Presentation
Developmental delay, underweight. Inability to keep head upright.
Patient Data

Corpus callosum with gradual decrease in thickness in the dorsal direction, measuring 2.2 mm at genu level. It is not possible to identify the posterior half and splenium.
Ventricular system witch disproportionate enlargement of the occipital horns of the lateral ventricles (Colpocephaly).
The coronal view identifies the moose head appearance of the ventricles.
Case Discussion
This is a partial dysgenesis of the corpus callosum, where the posterior half and splenium are not identified, allowing disproportionate enlargement of the posterior horns of the lateral ventricles.
