Expensile lytic lesions with narrow zone of transition involving the 2nd metacarpus, 2nd proximal and middle phalanges -- metaphyseal region.
Cortical thinning is noted in 2nd metacarpus and 2nd proximal phalanx. Cortical thinning with possible breach is noted in the 2nd middle phalanx.
Soft tissue reveals no abnormality.
