This case shows extensive coarse calcifications involving the infra- & supratentorial white matter and the basal ganglia.
Case Discussion
Calcifications of white matter and basal ganglia in addition to supra- and infra-tentorial white matter. This is characteristic of Fahr's disease (familial cerebral ferrocalcinosis).
