Lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 80
Gender: Female

Large fatty mass in the right lacuna vasorum, that can be followed into the abdominal cavity (femoral hernia with omentum). Bilateral indirect inguinal herniae, also containing fat tissue.

Case Discussion

Unfortunatly, we didn't catch the distal end of the femoral hernia on CT.
