Multipe calcified calculi are seen in the expected location of gallbladder. Note the renal shadow is clearly visible medially and the colon is inferior to these calculi.
Case Discussion
The patient subsequently underwent an ultrasound examination which confirms the presence of gallstones without acute cholecystitis.
