Large hypo-enhancing mass is noted in the proximal stomach along the lesser curvature. Diffuse lymphadenopathy in the perigastric and peripancreatic regions with maximum short axis diameter of 16mm. There are also multiple small soft tissue density masses on greater omentum less than 35mm inferring tumoral deposits.
A 15mm ill-defined low enhancing mass is noted at segment VI of the liver.
A few non-enhancing simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 15mm. Additionally, a 25mm parapelvic cyst is noted in the right kidney.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Degenerative changes and osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Path proven gastric adenocarcinoma with perigastric & peripancreatic lymphadenopathies; peritoneal tumoral deposits and hepatic metastasis.
