Gnathic osteosarcoma

Presentation

Patient presented with a history of tooth extraction 1 year ago. Now presenting with acute increase in size of mass on left side of cheek with dysphagia and difficulty in speech due to mass effect over pharynx.

Modality: CT
Left maxillary fullness, pterygoid plate involvement and mandibular destruction with sunburst appearance. Associated soft tissue swelling.
