Shortness of breath and chest pain. Known history of reflux.

X-ray

Heart size normal.

Lungs clear.

Gas-fluid filled retrocardiac 'mass'.

Case Discussion

Large incidental hiatus hernia.

The retrocardiac is one of the review areas on the chest x-ray.
