A 140×80×120 mm soft tissue density mass at the anterior mediastinum encases mediastinal vascular structures and causes mild adjacent lung parenchymal collapse.
Case Discussion
Large mediastinal mass in an 18 years old male patient; pathology proved Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosing subtype).
Hodgkin lymphoma spreads along lymphatic pathways and has two peaks in young adults (15-34 years) and older patients (>55 years). It is curable in ~90% of cases, depending on its stage and sub-type.
