Avidly enhancing soft tissue mass lesion is noted involving the left jugular foramen. The mass appears hypo-intense on T1 weighted images and hyper-intense with salt and pepper appearance on T2 weighted images. It causes destruction and widening of the jugular foramen. It is also extending to the middle ear cavity.
