Bilateral enhancing masses filling the internal acoustic canals, larger on the left. 

No mass-effect or midline shift. Ventricles are normal. No restricted diffusion.

Case Discussion

The patient has a known diagnosis of neurofibromatosis type 2 (and bilateral acoustic neuromas are pathognomonic of this), and underwent resection of theses masses confirming this.
