Info

A 65×35×55 mm mass is present at anterior mediastinum that partially encases mediastinal vascular structures.

A 23 mm ill defined low enhancing mass is noted at the pancreatic head. A 25 mm mass with similar characteristics is also observed lateral to the pancreatic head that displaces the adjacent duodenum.

Multiple low enhancing soft tissue density masses are seen at kidneys less than 30 mm.

Both adrenal glands are enlarged.

A few small cysts are seen in the liver.
