Presentation
Facial trauma and suddenly decreased visual acuity of the left eye.
Patient Data

The left ocular globe cornea, anterior uveo-scleral layer, and lens tear with increased density of the ocular anterior chamber due to hemorrhage. Left side preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen. Fluid and thick mucosa in paranasal sinuses are also noted. Minimally displaced fracture and irregularity on the left orbital floor are also suspected on the bone window image coronal view.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast orbital MDCT feature of the ocular globe cornea, anterior uveo-scleral layer, and lens tear with anterior chamber hemorrhage.
