Otomastoiditis and enlarged vestibular aqueducts

Case Discussion

Axial and coronal CT of temporal bone reveal complete opacification of middle ear and mastoid air cells in left side associated with mucosal  thickening of right tympanic cavity.There is large bilateral vestibular aqueduct (especially in the left side) and adenoid enlargement as well.
