A well-defined lobulated non-enhancing cystic lesion is seen in the right parotid region with fluid-fluid level.

Case Discussion

MRI findings are highly suggestive of right parotid lymphatic malformation/lymphangioma.

Lymphatic malformation is a benign lesion consisting of multiple lymphatic spaces. It is most frequently observed in pediatric age group.
