Large hypermetabolic infiltrative mediastinal mass with contiguous anterior chest wall involvement. Hypermetabolic soft tissue is also seen involving the left breast. Mildly avid right lung nodules can also be appreciated representing pulmonary involvement (these were better appreciated on lung window which unfortunately are not available currently). Moderate non-avid right pleural effusion is noted.
