Diffuse bone sclerosis affecting:

  • the whole sacrum

  • the whole left iliac bone

  • the spinous process of L3

  • body and posterior elements of L4 and L5 vertebrae

Enlarged prostate with heterogeneous texture.

Bilateral renal simple cysts, largest on left kidney.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with bony metastasis. The patient has a known history of prostate cancer.
