Extensive reticular opacities, honeycombing, and tractional bronchiectasis are seen in both lungs, particularly in subpleural regions and more prominent at bases.
An 18 mm stone is noted in the gallbladder in imaged portions of the upper abdomen.
Case Discussion
Features on CT images are compatible with pulmonary fibrosis - UIP pattern.
