Right upper zone airspace opacity. 


Extensive airspace opacity mainly in the right upper lobe.

Case Discussion

Pulmonary hemorrhage is one of many causes of alveolar opacities. I believe that this case was shown to be hemorrhage although I have no further information to support this conclusion.
