In the right quadrigeminal cistern an about 9 mm strikingly T1 hyperintense lesion is visible with peripheral signal loss due to chemical shift.
Multiple anatomic variations of the intracranial arteries:
- fetal origin of the left posterior cerebral artery
- fenestrated anterior communciating artery
- accessory anterior cerebral artery
Thin, hypoplastic pituitary compared to age group and gender.
Dynamic postcontrast pituitary sequences normal (not shown).
