Right flank pain with turbid burning urination.

Gender: Male

CT abdomen

Thick-walled upper polar cystic lesion of average 3 x 3 cm surrounded by hypoattenuated renal parenchyma.

Thickening of the Gerota's fascia is noted.

Case Discussion

Histopathologically confirmed to be Brucella abscess.
