Large, exophytic, heterogeneous, rounded and well-defined left renal mass arising from its mid-lower portion, predominantly of fat attenuation, mostly in keeping with renal angiomyolipoma. 

Few cysts in the left kidney.

Calcifications within the uterus, mostly representing calcified uterine fibroids.

The ultrasound shows vascularity within the left renal lesion.
