Fat density mass molding in the left subpulmonic area, the apex is directed into the left hilum, extends to the left diaphragm and can be followed back to the mediastinum.
Case Discussion
Large thymolipomas tend to "hang down" from the mediastinum into the right or left hemithorax, with an "apex" that can be followed back to the mediastinum.
