Sagittal reformats of the thoracic and lumbar spine performed on a trauma CT of the body. There is no acute injury of the spine. The endplate irregularity seen in the lower lumbar spine is common non-traumatic finding due to disc herniation through the bony endplate known as Schmorl nodes.
