Massive splenomegaly.
Mesenteroaxial volvulus of the stomach involving the tail of the pancreas.
Left sided pleural effusion.
Case Discussion
This patient was later found to have a lymphoproliferative disorder with hypersplenism, which caused her massively enlarged spleen to rotate on its vascular pedicle and wander in her abdomen, causing the abdominal mass.
