Leaky lung syndrome (LLS) refers to a form of non-cardiogenic pulmonary oedema.
Pulmonary oedema due to increased capillary permeability.
LLS is considered as mild form of a part of spectrum of acute lung injury with ARDS at the other end of spectrum in terms of severity 1.
