  • H: hemangioma
  • E: eosinophilic granuloma
  • L: leptomeningeal cyst
  • P: Paget disease, post-operative appearances
  • M: metastases, myeloma
  • E: epidermoid
  • T: tuberculosis
  • O: osseous dermoid
  • H: hyperparathyroidism
  • O: osteomyelitis
  • L: lambdoid defect
  • D: fibrous dysplasia
