Left sided pulmonary mass lesion involving the anterior segment of left upper lobe. It has a wide visceral pleural, pericardial and mediastinal contact. It is invading left upper lobe bronchus obstructing its anterior segmental branch. It is invading the left pulmonary artery with intraluminal component and left pulmonary veins.
Right hilar calcified lymph nodes.
