Seizures; diagnosed as AVM on MR examination.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

DSA confirms the AVM on the right side with feeders from PCA and MCA branches on the ipsilateral side.

Venous drainage into the superior sagittal sinus.

There is an aneurysm of the feeder artery (PCA)
