Painless soft tissue mass at the right proximal thigh first recognized 4 weeks before presentation.

Right thigh mass which returns signal similar to the subcutaneous fat on T1 and STIR. Irregular regions of low T1 and high STIR signals within this lesion.
Case Discussion
The lesion was predominantly composed of fat, but also contained non-fatty signal components. It was surgically removed. The histopathologic examination showed a well-differentiated liposarcoma.
Liposarcoma is one of the least frequent soft-tissue sarcomas in childhood.
